Oral presentation at APBC 2026, Seoul

In October 2026, I travelled to Seoul, South Korea, for the Asia-Pacific Biochar Conference (APBC 2026). On 14 October, I gave an oral presentation in the Biochar Symposium, presenting recent work from our Carbon Materials Group at the School of Energy and Power Engineering, Jiangsu University. The session was chaired by Prof. Shuang Wang.

Colleagues from our college made the trip together, and the days around the talk were as valuable as the talk itself — meeting the Asia-Pacific biochar community in person, comparing notes on where the field is heading, and hearing how other groups tackle the same problems from the opposite direction.

I was also honoured to deliver a keynote lecture at the conference, and the Organising Committee presented a Certificate of Appreciation for it — a kind memento of the Seoul trip.
